I used to live in Oakbrook also know as hell....When I first moved there it was beautiful..lots of maintance and grounds keepers. As the years went on it got increasingly worse to were there was no maintance for atleast 1 year. They refuse to fix anything that breaks. My kitchen sink broke and for 6 months I reported it daily. When I moved out it still wasnt fixed. I had to use a piece of board to prop the elbow pipe up so I could use the sink. The central air never worked, laundry faciluties are a joke. No screens on the windows. and when you do open the windows all you smell is dog poop or trash. My children missed school due to lack of snow removal..the buses refused to come in. When I complained about the carpets smelling like animal urine I was told they would be replaced...NEVER HAPPENED. I wouldnt recommend living there!
