I moved my household furniture from the DR to upstate NY a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, the drivers forgot one of my boxes in the warehouse in the Bronx. They said it would be shipped by UPS in a week. 2 months later, and multiple calls to the NY office, I still have not received my package.
The service and care in the DR was excellent, but the staff in the US is terrible. They do not communicate with one another nor with clients, they do not follow through with anything they promise, and they do not know how to treat customers. I would discourage any one for using their services in NY. They will probably blame things on the way things are in the DR or PR if you ship to their, but be warned that the NY office is probably going to be to blame for your poor service.
Pros: Service in the Dominican Republic was excellent
Cons: Poor customer services and worker competence
