I placed an order with Balloon Express, I got everything I needed and they did a spectacular job. Beautiful balloons, with all the fixins. Tom was so friendly and courteous and he went out of his way to help me with everything I needed. It all went perfect. Also there balloons are big and colorful. It was the best I had ever seen.
