My son needs them to call LG to confirm that a dryer they tried to service can't be repaired so it can be replaced. They refuse to do so. As a result, my son has gone for weeks without a working clothes dryer. Not so bad? He has a newborn child at home and his wife is recuperating from a caesarian. These people haven't the decency to pick up the phone so he can get his dryer replaced. What's in it for them except contempt for their customers?
