Save yourself time and headache and DO NOT use the UBH out of Monroe. The people are unprofessional, do shotty work, and it is like pulling teeth to get them to fix the things they did wrong while building the home. I would not recommend this company to anybody, and quite frankly, I would not even have them build me a dog house. I wish I would have found more reviews on this place before building with them, so now I am out to spread the word.
