The previous review has nothing to do with Chem Dry whatsoever. The given description of Bruce Baker is completely false.
Personally, I hate responding these sort of blogs.
When I read the review for this company, I felt like this defamatory matter should be addressed.
I have been a loyal customer to Mr. Baker for several years. He has been nothing but sincerely helpful to me and my family. He values his customers more than anything.
You can clearly tell this from the first impression.
Clearly, he maintains a large customer service focus. I think this is the key to his business's success.
Every time Chem Dry cleaned my carpet. I have been completely satisfied. He even called the day after for a follow up of the service. His has maintained a very good reputation among the community.
I consider Mr. Baker's business one of the few true small businessmen that maintains a honest relationship between the business and customer. You don't really find that much these days.
