I took my husbands truck to get the oil changed and tired rotated and my Escape would not start I called them they took care of it all got it towed and fixed it that sameday. Very happy customer! Thus means I will be a customer for life you will not be sorry going here. I had no idea how to take care of any of this my husband normally does but since he is in Iraq its kinda hard. lol.
