I remodeled my house a couple of yrs. ago and wanted to finally use some beautiful lamps my Mother left me from her times living in the Orient. However, they all needed new lamp shades. I looked all over San Antonio. Every store had the ""plain/jane"" or white/eggshell shades. Compton's had beautiful shades, finials, etc. The saleswomen were experts, polite and helpful. They made suggestions I had not thought of and I bought a piece of art for my dining room that is so special. This store is the ONLY one I will go to for shades.
