HORRIBLE, shady business practices 12/10/2009

Was told on the phone that a service call was $45 plus parts. Was told tech would arrive between 3-6 and he showed up at 7pm, an hour late without any phone call that he'd be late. Was not charged $45 but a whopping $125 to replace a fuse (dryer wasn't heating up) that was done within 15 minutes. Was given an invoice without any breakdown of cost for labor or parts. Manager refused to make adjustments. Would not recommend them at all....shady, unfair business practices. Cons: Told one price on phone, charged another after service more
