I have a dog who HATES getting her nails clipped, i used to have to just about sit on her to get it done. Susie did a WONDERFUL job with her and my dog didn't stress so much. She also does an excellent job with my husky, tumble huskies are no more in my house!
Pros: patient and GREAT with difficult dogs!
Cons: they are not open 7 days a week
