Our Cincinnati service technician, Mr. Clinton Arnold, was absolutely outstanding. He was a very thorough plumber,. even to the point of cleaning up when the plumbing job was finished. We had a leak under the kitchen sink from a pipe that was behind the garbage disposal. We also needed to replace the faucet in the bathroom sink. He was very polite, and was able to explain very clearly everything that he was doing.
