It was Sunday afternoon and our laundry room drain was clogged which was causing our laundry basin to overflow, therefore now allowing us to use our washer to do laundry. We tried to contact several plumbers in our neighborhood and not one was open on a Sunday. We found Roto-Rooter via 411 yellow pages and gave them a call. I immediately got to speak with a live rep who guranteed me that a plumber could be there within 2 hours. It was 45 minutes later that the plumber arrived from the Cincinnati Location. He was prompt and courteous and got right to work. Within 15 minutes he had given us an estimate which was lower than expected at $199.00. He got right to work and was completed within 45 minutes. We had a great experience and without a doubt would definately call Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing needs!
