this rip off merchant towed my damaged vehicle after an accident to his yard without my consent or giving the option to remove any personal items. Mind you the accident happened directly out front of my residence. He then wanted $110 for that tow and another $75 for the tow back to my home. After asking for my personal items the next day i was told "NO" until i payed the fee. My items were held at ransom illegally and against the law. Unfortunately when the police attended & he was backed up incorrectly via the Hampton Police Department. I was threatened to be arrested while my wife and 2 yo child were in our vehicle although I had done nothing wrong. If ever you find yourself in this situation, quote your rights via NH State Law RSA262:35-a(III) and when the police come to back them up do the same! I would avoid this merchant at all costs and if you are ever in an accident, even if your throat is cut, proceed to remove all personal item prior to any tow company arriving.
