My daughter was sick and I took her into see the doctor, she was sent for some testing at Dell Children's hospital. The staff was wonderful, they gave me directions, scheduled my appointment, and made sure that once we got there everything that the hospital was requesting was taken care of. Then the doctor called me that night to check on her. They definatly went above and beyond.
Pros: My children actually like going to this doctor.
