We had ordered paper for our wedding invite envelopes, got them cut there. They cut them wrong, but they at least re-cut them. Then we printed the invites, over 300, ourselves and brought them there for cutting, a simple cutting, and they messed that up. They only remedy they have was for us to reprint 300 invites, directions, and RSVPs and they will recut for free...are you serious! All you had to do was cut paper. We also had a friend go there for the same service, just cutting, and they cut off the first letter of her fiancee's name on all 500 invites! When confronted the guy blamed her for not giving "proper direction" and said it's not his fault. For what, not telling you not to cut the name off the invites!? Idiots! A complete nightmare. Waste of time and money, not to mention poor customer service.
Cons: Unfriendly service, don't fix problems, can't do their job.
