I?ve been doing the Northridge Boot Camp Morning Crunch for 4 months now and Ialready see great changes?lost 15 pounds, down 3 sizes, toned up arms, tummygetting flat?YES! I didn?t think I could handle a Boot Camp at first but John,the Northridge trainer, and the Veteran Boot Campers really made it easy for meto get into my groove! Boot Camp may sound scary, but really its NOT withMorning Crunch. The workouts are tough, but the rest is fun and motivating. Now that I?m part of the program, I don?t ever want to stop! My husband wantsto move from Northridge and I told him NO?unless of course we move to a citywhere another Boot Camp Morning Crunch is located?sorry babe.
