These guys moved my neighbor in the snow got the truck stuck and then slid it into my yard creating ruts and damaging it and now they will not pay to fix my yard a guy named Josh Gordon said it was a act of God however Missouri law says they are 100% liable and now my lawyer is setting a court date to sue them. There trucks have bald tires no tread and their drivers are even dumber and now I have to wait months to have my front yard fixed that they screwed up. BEWARE.
The driver would not stop digging ruts in my yard when I told him to, he just did what he wanted using a shovel to dig around the tires creating more damage so they would not have to call a wrecker. These people are cheap they will not tell me the owners name or there insurance company name so they think they cannot get sued or a claim on their insurance. Now do you think if they damaged any of your belongings they would pay,, I doubt it.
