The first time I've eaten out in several years due to food allergies. We went to Asheville for a weekend just because I had read about Posana being 100% GF and it was wonderful. The servers and Peter were very helpful in determining what other foods I could have w/my dairy & soy allergies as well. You would never know the food was GF. I enjoyed a Mocha made w/hemp milk that was DIVINE. My only wish is that they would use Spectrum Shortening instead of butter in their bakery items, there was only 1 muffin option w/no dairy when we visited and I would have loved to had the scones. We ate their multiple times during our stay, I almost cried when I had a sandwich because it tasted like real foccacia bread which I miss terribly. Overall this was the best weekend in forever being able to go out to eat and not worry about gluten or contamination. Thanks Posana Cafe and staff, we will definitely be back.
