I went to this gym for 8 years because it was cheap. In the past year I've had billing problems with them twice. Both times, rather than apologize and correct the problem, the manager was rude, condescending and arrogant, and refused to resolve the problem. The second time I reported them to the BBB. The manager responded with an incredibly inappropriate letter. On top of the spectacularly awful customer service, the gym is often dirty and equipment is often malfunctioning. Spend a little more and go to a professionally run gym.
