Our service contract company on the ref referred Active appliance to check the ref. The 1st service person was rude and did not know what he was doing. The second service person told us that there is a problem but then he and the manager lied and closed the service call with no work to be done.
Do yourself a favor and hire your neighbor's 10 years old child and he or she will do a better job
