The fat guy name was Travis I think, he said he is the manager, very rude and nasty man, i have never seen such customer service. After spending 30 minutes with a sales person when the deal was not final i found the manager mood started changing, he think others are stupid to pay that much extra amount for a car which is about 5500 less than others selling in the market. I simply said match the price which i just have shown him on the internet i will buy the car, it was a hilander 2008. then the manager turned to me and said "i wish you can tell me before so we can save our time" he said it again when i was not attentive, i felt he is saying that i have wasted his time, i wish i could answer this person but my wife was with me and i avoid such situations with a family member. I will never ever go to a place where there is no respect for customers, thank you for reading. Pros: sales man are helpful to find the car u r looking for Cons: bad customer service, annoying manager more
