Called AAA and was greeted by Carlos with an expletive about his long day. We just needed a jump. Tested the battery and it was fine. It did not jump immediately as we'd completely drained it by keeping the lights on (vintage car). Carlos said he didn't have time and got in his truck and LEFT! We called Irvine Tow directly and left a msg....no call back. Our friend came and jumped it...took about 3 minutes. Ranks as one of the worst customer service experiences.
