I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry at Lombard Toyota. Paul took the time to help me figure out which options were the most important for me and then showed me how I could save money by getting them in a discount package. He also helped me figure out a payment that fit into my budget and made the whole experience much easier than I was expecting. It was the 4th Toyota dealer I visited and I have to admit that I had my guard up when I walked in. Paul and everyone else I met helped me to feel like what I wanted was more important than them making the sale. The staff at Lombard Toyota seemed to actually care about me as a customer instead of making me feel like I was going to be the next victim. I've referred my brother in-law to Paul and will tell everyone else I know about my experience.
