Everyone in this gym is very friendly and knowledgeable. They really try to make you feel like you are welcome, that you are special. To be honest, It took me a while to figure out that when they came up to talk to me while I was working out, that they weren't trying to sell me anything or hit on me (I know! That sounds so conceited but you always wonder don?t you?). They are just trying to make sure that I know they appreciate me being there and that they want to support me working toward my goals in any way they can. I really appreciate all the help they have given me. Being a member has taught me a lot. It?s not easy to put in the work to lose weight but it is so worth it. And they really do try to make it easier and more fun for you.
