Enter the doors of this establishment at your peril! You'll be greeted by haphazard stacks of dust collecting expensive AV receivers, TV's and misc electronics presumably in for repair. Take a sight line down the hall to view one of the messy work benches. It's clear that electronics manufacturers haven't conducted a site visits to this independent repair facilities. This place is a dump.
Took my AVR in for warranty repairs. Called weekly for status as the shop would indicate that they would be diagnosing the problem ""soon so call next week."" Now it's over one month with no official status so I finally pick up the unit. The faceplate is badly scratched from mishandling. The owner offers no explanation or apology. The unit is going back directly to the manufacturer, to whom I have registered concerns about the business practices of King's.
