I appreciate the excellent job of Justin (plumber). I admire his intelligence in quickly diagnosing the problem and doing the solutions. He is very patient in answering my questions, very courteous, and very professional. He cheerfully accomodated his time to fix the other problem I have which I was planning to schedule on my day off but this emergency problem happened to our house. I was glad and grateful that he did the work the same day. This is the second time he came to our house and I don't forget him when the receptionist mentioned that Justin is coming, because he fixed our toilet bowl before and still working good. He is great with customers.
