Sylyiane runs a very professional and private gym at Club Sportif, including private dressing rooms and shower. Normally there is never “competition” for workout equipment. I’ve been to the big gyms, no thank you.\r

I could work out anywhere, but I look forward to my twice a week workouts with Dorothy at Club Sportif and running on the beach with my grandchildren. What can be better than that!\r
