I've been working out with Sylviane, the owner, several times a week for about 2 years. I never get bored with the workouts which feature cardio, weights, dance and pilates. For the first time in my life I have arm definition and I know what core strength is. Sylviane works with clients at all fitness levels and knows how to motivate each to reach their peak. I've recently started a mother/daughter workout with my 9 year old to work on her flexibility and coordination through dance, and we have a great time.
