Went in with my cat for an appointment to get his shots to register him in Baltimore County. Empty waiting room. After an hour and ready to leave with a nervous cat I was told to for into an exam room. Another hour wait. I said enough is enough. The girl at the desk told me I couldn't go until I paid the bill. What bill?? They had done nothing but waste 2 hours of my time. I refused and told them to go ahead and sue me and I would countersue for the waste of time (my standard rate is $175 an hour). Haven't heard word one about it.\r

A friend had brought her cat to the emergency room and they had to keep the pet. For 3 days she called and was told the cat was getting better and should be able to go home. She arrived and was told the cat died 2 days earlier. \r

I cannot decide if it is incomptentence or just a complete lack caring at this place. All I know is that I have now found a good vet and I will follow her wherever she goes. I will never ever go back to FRAH for all the tea in China!
