As the old saying goes, ""If you ever want to find out something, then you better go see for yourself"". I have also been a Great Face Cafe consumer for years as well, and I have no complaints! If you know the rules, then just abide by them and follow. Just like a job!\r

Yes, you will need an appointment, and on some occasions you may need to either book an appointment on the same day or earlier. Professional companies do this to keep down overbooking appointments. One would have to assume that the ""past unhappy customers"" have not gone to a professional setting where this ""normal"" occurrence happens on a regular.\r
