M. Polo arrived on time! Explained the entire process and cleaned a square to show me exactly the process and what the clean carpet would look like. He cleaned the agreed upon areas with amazing results. I am sooo pleased to have found a service committed to its customers and can deliver a NON toxic cleaning that is safe for my pets and children.
