We bought our 2007 Sedona elsewhere but have been having it serviced at Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver. Frankly, we've had a lot of problems with the vehicle. It broke down twice completely so that it had to be towed and at least 3 other times the check engine light required an urgency to bring it in. However, the amazing team at Dick Hannah Kia has even made all this worthwhile. Thinh Pham provides excellent customer service. He has attended to all the needs of this vehicle in detail. He is a very kind man and takes the time to return my calls, answer all my questions, and alleviate all my worries. He looks ahead letting me know what needs the car may have in the near future. I used to bring all my vehicles to Les Schwab for tire and brake service but Thinh has offered competitive prices for quality tires and brakes. Importantly, he often doesn't charge me for everything. I always leave there feeling like I just got a good deal! I have such confidence in the work done at Dick Hannah Kia and in the interest and care of staff I won't go anywhere else!!
