These people are incredible. They listen to your needs and act on them. They are simply the best when it comes to communication, from confirming an appointment through service and follow-up. And they stand behind their work. We own an 06 Sedona which we bought from another dealership. Once we found out about Dick Hannah Kia, we started having it serviced there and we're glad we did!
