I've been coming to CFM for years! CFM offers true pilates instruction by highly qualified instructors in a calming and relaxing environment. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The decor is contemporary and yet soothing. It is an oasis in a busy city and whenever I leave I feel that I've received a total body workout and am energized for the rest of the day and night!
