Kept my car for 4 months and still didn't repair it. I took my car to this place. I called frequently to find out when it was going to be repaired. Finally, one afternoon while calling from work, I was told that it was being repaired and would be ready before closing so I ran over and paid on my lunch hour since they would close before I got off work, that way I could just drive off in my car. BAD CHOICE! They didn't have it ready and they had my money! Took 3 months for me to get my car out of there. The only way I got some of my back is because when I arrived, the police was there handling a situation concerning another customer that had similar problems. Quality had really messed their car up and broke some windows and stole a radio. When the customer got there, they said someone broke into it (inside their 10 ft gate?). The police exclaimed that they visit this establishment often! The owner and his sons are terrible, terrible, terrible, business owner's. They lie horribly, cheat, and steal. Be very aware and NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!
