I've been to a Lenscrafters where they just handed me a box and set me loose to find glasses on my own. I had no idea what I was doing. I picked a frame that I thought looked good, but once my lenses were in them (they're thick) the glasses looked terrible and I hated them.
At Dr. Woolf's (I see the son Dr. Brian), he explained that I have a ""high"" prescription and that certain frames would look better than others with the lenses I need. He helped me find a great frame for my face and the lenses looked great too. He also showed me new lenses that are super thin, which I truly love.
Dr. Brian and his staff helped me through every step of the process. And the cost wasn't really different at all from Lenscrafters, so for that reason there's no way that I would go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Brian!
