Thai Noy is a small yet tastefully decorated restaurant at Westover Plaza. It deserves a 5 star for this class of restaurant because it succeeds in being what it is very well: local, friendly, consistently good food and service, and priced sensibly. It's often full with couples on dates, or people just enjoying a Tuesday or Friday night out. Basically it's the neighborhood Thai place.
We explore many restaurants frequently, but often find ourselves returning to this great place for Drunken Noodles (picture posted) which is the best we've had in this area. Both rolls, the spring (fresh) and crispy (fried), are great. Other starters have a touch like a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds on the green salad that make it tasty and pretty. All the soups have a tangy lemongrass flavor -- typically thai but particularly strong here.
Pros: Consistently great food, friendly, local
Cons: Parking can get scarce
