I applied for a loan from these women today. I was told they would get back to me in an hour. Since I was about to leave the house, I called them back at about 10 minutes before that ""hour"" to check on the progress. I was met with some of the most appalling customer service I have ever come across! They were treating me as if I were ALREADY behind on a loan I hadn't even ESTABLISHED with them yet! Even the aforementioned Hispanic woman acted like she didn't want to do business with me! I canceled the application IMMEDIATELY, and, after they rudely hung up on me, called them back to let them know what kind of bitches they really were. I actually thought Covington Credit was a corporate business, because I remember a Covington Credit opening in Orangeburg, SC when I lived there...Apparently, they are only a local business that treats the customers any way they want....
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL GET YOU IN TROUBLE.
Cons: PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
