My girlfriend and I had the best meal we've had in a long time (in NYC) at Dylan Prime. Both the filet and the NY Strip were fantasic and cooked exactly how we like them. All the sides were delicious as well. I also had 2 nice ice cold dirty martini's expertly made.\r

The service was attentive but did not micromanage our time there. They were very friendly and a group of waitstaff even gave us an unsolicted compliment of ""best dressed"" couple of the evening! Whether that's true or not (for me at least, my girl looked stunning), flattery works on us and capped off a great evening.
