If you want customer service the way it should be (the way it used to be), I highly recommend the UPS store on Murrell Road. The staff is GREAT!. They are knowledgeable, friendly and I have never had to wait to be helped. The only problem? The way this company does business maginfies how awful service is at other places of business that I have encountered.
