I ordered flowers for next day delivery. After numerous attempts to obtain confirmation of delivery, I was told the flowers were not delivered that day because ""no one was home,"" (which I know was not true). I asked then if I would be notified when delivery did occur. Again, when there was no communication, I called back and was told that the flowers were finally delivered. When I expressed frustration at the lack of follow-through and stated I probably would not use their services again, the person with whom I was speaking, answered, ""Good, then don't! and hung up on me. And they guarantee ""100% customer satisfaction"" on their website????? more
