Terrible Customer Service 11/20/2009

Had last minute itinerary that I needed to put together. Spoke with an agent named Yasmeen who told me that she would help me out. I called her all day because she was not calling me regarding the itinerary. Finally, she emailed me and after I approved it I gave her my credit card number. She charged the card and then told me that I had to come to the office the next day to pick up the tickets. The next day I went to the office, and after some weird comments from her she told me that I did not have any tickets to pick up it was all on the computer and everything was already purchased. I wanted to open up a corporate account so she informed me that I needed to bring a copy of the credit card I used so that they could KEEP IT ON FILE, and made me give her a copy of another credit card. I told her I would fax her a copy of the credit card the next day. The next day, I called the office because the itinerary she emailed me had no details. Her assistant, who could barely speak English, told me that they were canceling my tickets because I did not provide a copy of the credit card, ALTHOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED MY CARD!! I told her that I would send her a copy of the credit card right away. Regardless, she CANCELED HALF OF MY TRIP 2 DAYS BEFORE I HAD TO LEAVE! My family and I have purchased tickets from this company in the past, and this is the first time I have dealt with this agent Yasmeen. I do not recommend anyone go to her.
