I thought it was just me! Same thing as the other two reviews. Rent always late, Signature Realty NEVER initiates contact, employees change every other month (it seems...but sometimes you're happy they've left!). Mr. McHenry told me, ""I work for both you and the tenant."" Take your house and find a property managment company that's going to work squarely for you - not the tenant. If you want to pay 10% of the rent, and get VERY little in return, this company is for you. Our house is now vacant and on the market - good riddance to Signature Realty. Don't walk - RUN to a different company!
