Allstate insurance sent ISC to my house in March after my basement had raw sewage- the guys cross contaminated clean items with contaminated items, moved everything to one side of my basement and never moved the items back to the other side to dry out so I had wet and mold on one side of my basement, They also did not remove contaminated/sewage items to my garage, garbage curb or anywhere else except for the carpet which they did take. When they could not get payment from Allstate, they tried billing me $1,450 for their clean up three months later. I lost more items from cross contamination and had to have the walls repainted due to the chemicals splattered on the walls. I wrote a letter to the President Mr. Gantz with no response and now I am being sued for the bill times 4!!!
