I also agree with weeklymeow's review completely.
Jim was our agent and did a very poor job communicating with us. He replied back late each time with an excuse. He wasn't available when our flight was delayed even though he said he would be ""24/7."" He literally said he is ""always available- 24/7."" And of course, we he called back half a day later, he had an excuse. He let us down multiple times. It you want a negative experience added to your honeymoon, then this agent would do.
