The people are nice, informative and very knowledgeable. They have never nickled and dimed me so far unlike some Expensive Geaks i've been too. They guarantee the work and you can call them if you have questions after you go home. They always give me helpfull tips. I am not very good with computers but they are always very patient with me, unlike other places. I'm okay with the hours because I would not be comfortable with the neighborhood at night however, I will continue to give them my business as long as they don't change their ways or their prices. I guess the location can't be all that pretty and wonderful and in a prime location if we want the prices to stay down. So i'm okay with the location. I always refer this place to friends and family...All the time. And they always thank me and end up referring others as well. Irma
