Seven months ago I purchased 2 signs from SW Signs and paid by credit card. City of Frisco would only allow 1 sign so I immediately called and cancelled 1 sign. I have called and called over the months and SW Signs has been promising to refund my overpayment for 7 months. I called today and now they say I never paid them and that I need to send them my paid receipt! This is a merry go round that will not stop! There is no excuse for their dishonest business practices.
