I had a very good experience with ABC. The instruction portion was informative and straightforward. The instructor was knowledgeable and invited questions. I wrote out a list of additional questions for the instructor that were answered succinctly. I made no mistakes that were not immediately discovered and corrected. In addition, the practice portion helped do away with the unnecessary first week gitters in a new work environment. Very happy with the results.
