I cannot believe this location is able to continue. The staff runs around like they are on something (confused, angry, etc.). I have never had a positive experience there. I would never go back but it is right next to my house and is hard not to use once in a while in a pinch.
Pros: proximity to my house
Cons: poor service, luke warm coffee, extremely slow service
