We had high expectations for Shoku and they failed to meet them. Started out with the tuna tataki (lightly seared tuna) and it was terrible. Chewy and a fishy taste. The miso soup, edamame and Dragon roll were actually all good, but nothing about any of those things screams sushi since it is almost all cooked. My only recommendation is that Haiku has much better food and atmosphere if you want sushi. I am still searching for a good spot in Columbus if anyone knows of one.
Pros: Dragon roll
Cons: Raw fish
